In the conditions of constant shelling, frequent lack of electricity and communication, difficulties arise with the delivery of aid to the final recipients in the liberated territory. This especially applies to the possibility of transferring assistance to vulnerable segments of the population (elderly people, people with disabilities, mothers with children, people with special needs). Such categories of population cannot qualitatively organize the possibility of receiving help (get to the delivery point, deliver a heavy load, get down from a high floor in conditions of a faulty elevator, leave a minor child at home, etc.).

Therefore, our organization focuses not only on the distribution of aid in designated places, but also carries out targeted delivery of aid for the specified categories.

The transfer of humanitarian aid is registered according to the created lists, if possible, photo and video recordings are made.

In addition, since the decapitation of the right-bank Kherson region, a large amount of targeted aid has been delivered to the surrounding villages. Humanitarian support by various humanitarian organizations was provided primarily to the city of Kherson, so the transfer of aid to such villages became extremely necessary, which is carried out by our organization.
